Have I stopped growing?

I'm 18, 19 in August and I'm 5'7 (171cm) and I'm curious as to whether I've stopped growing or not. I've been this height since around 15 (maybe a cm taller or so) and as far as I know I haven't had a considerable growth spurt, I grew pretty steadily from around 11 - 15. My parents are quite small, mum is 5'3 and my dad is 5'6ish but my grandfather was 5'11, other grandfather was 5'10, grandmother was 5'9 and my other grandmother a tiny 4'10! My male cousins are all 5'11 or above. Was wondering whether you guys think Its possible for me to grow a bit more? I would like to grow at least a little more as my height is holding me back in the sports I participate in! Also If possible is there anything I can do to help growth? Also I've lately started eating more than usual! Cheers.
