The second one. The first says, "Olivia you have studying much for the cl." Total gibberish. The third says, "Olivia has studying much for the cl," which is nonsense. The fourth says, "Olivia's going to study a lot for cl," which is grammatically correct, but doesn't have the present perfect. The only one of the four that has the present perfect in it at all, actually, is the second - and therefore is the correct one.
