How do you make mushy horse treats?

a horse named pebbles at the barn i ride at cant eat solid food cause a year ago someone fed her a carrot and it got stuck in her throat. so now she can only eat mushed up food.so if u can tell me how to make mushy horse treats that would be great. thx for ur help
