Pain in my chest? does anyone know what might be wrong?

I'm 15 and last night at about 4 a.m, i woke up with a pain in my chest. There was a constant pain, but every 30-45 seconds or so there would be a pain that felt like someone was sitting on my chest, that would last for about 10 seconds. I was a horrible pain and that would make it nearly impossible to breath for that 10 seconds, and it brought me to tears. It felt like the breath was knock out of me, and someone was sitting on my chest. It was in the center part of my chest, the brest bone. I played 3 basketball games for my aau team that previous day, so if that might have anything to do with it. I stood up and it cont. for about a minute more and then it stopped.i know its not injestion, because i've had that before, and this was much worse. does anyone know what might be wrong?
