PSP - I can't figure out how to put games that I downloaded to my iMac onto my PSP.?

I joined PSPBlender and downloaded tons o' stuff but, even when I configured my memory stick, I can't get the memory stick icon to show up on my desktop. I paid for the membership but guess that I am too computer illiterate for their instructions... please help:)
