Bullying...legal? Or illegal?

Now, we all know that bullying isn't a nice thing to do and people have been committing suicide over it lately. But, saying something bad about someone or starting a rumor shouldn't be illegal. One of my friends is arguing that it technically is illegal because starting a rumor leads to slander and slander is illegal. What is your take on this? I believe it's sad that people can't find a way to handle bullying and just kill themselves but it's no ones fault but their own...no one should be punished for that.

Pain in my chest? does anyone know what might be wrong?

I'm 15 and last night at about 4 a.m, i woke up with a pain in my chest. There was a constant pain, but every 30-45 seconds or so there would be a pain that felt like someone was sitting on my chest, that would last for about 10 seconds. I was a horrible pain and that would make it nearly impossible to breath for that 10 seconds, and it brought me to tears. It felt like the breath was knock out of me, and someone was sitting on my chest. It was in the center part of my chest, the brest bone. I played 3 basketball games for my aau team that previous day, so if that might have anything to do with it. I stood up and it cont. for about a minute more and then it stopped.i know its not injestion, because i've had that before, and this was much worse. does anyone know what might be wrong?

yes it is stable @ 2 ohms x 1 channel. However note the amp is rated at 14.4 volts DC . The over all power output will drop dramatically at lower voltages . Also note most car stock alternators can not handle a 60 load added draw. It will shorten the life of the alternator and possible cause spikes in the system .They can affect other parts of the cars electrical system like the ecm module and on board computers. They need a constant 12.4 to 14.4 volt input to operate properly. You really need to upgrade the alternator to get the rated output of this amp. You need at least a alternator that has a 150 amp output to handle the load the amp with put on it . also i would upgrade the battery to a better load battery and add a cap as well . people often over look at what voltage a amp is rated at. That is a very important note . As with a added load a stock alternator will never get to 14.4 volts. Most alternators put out only 12.8 volts at idle to 14.4 80 to 90 Amps peak @around 4000 rpm A amp rated @14.4 will only putout about half or less of the rated output at 12.8 volts. rule one you have to feed the amp to get the output .. the less you feed it the less the out put will be at any ohm load. I try to only buy amps rated at around 13 volts . As it is easier toy get a electrical system to produce the power needed to make the rated output . Knowledge is from 15 years of sound system design and installation.

I think Glenn Beck deep down is a deeply Xenophobic Fundamentalist who is using the imagery of Dr Kings I have a dream speech for a Clandestine agenda to gain voters for upcoming elections for the conservative party I believe most of the tea party members number one problem are racial making them easy future votes for conservatives trying to gain office. My problem is I think the Two men's messages on fairness and equality in this country are completely counter from each other so to do this on the anniversary of the speech to gain voters like I said before in the beginning, is wrong to me. Have I stopped growing?

I'm 18, 19 in August and I'm 5'7 (171cm) and I'm curious as to whether I've stopped growing or not. I've been this height since around 15 (maybe a cm taller or so) and as far as I know I haven't had a considerable growth spurt, I grew pretty steadily from around 11 - 15. My parents are quite small, mum is 5'3 and my dad is 5'6ish but my grandfather was 5'11, other grandfather was 5'10, grandmother was 5'9 and my other grandmother a tiny 4'10! I have 5 courses, and 2 history ignments to do, world issues country research, math exam midterms on teusday, and english debate on wensday, i think a hard philosphy test is coming, and im so tired lately, i have noo energy to work on it, i havnt done any hw on the weekend, not the fact that i dont want too, its that i cant concentrate and i will incapable, weak, i loose my concentration easily, i tried waking up early in the morning, i cant keep my attention for more than 30 minutes. i just listen to music to relax. i even tried singing today, i love singing so much i didnt even have the energy to sing. i was tired by like 4. its 7 know and i feel pooped. im 18, in grade 12. and i recently felt more unconcentrated and more tired this week last week, and next week. i think its the stress of the load of work i do. because of that i cant put enough energy to study. its seriously frustrating me, because its not a good time to be lazy. like as i type this no energy. i eat like 24 eggs a week. im serious. i ate around 22 eggs this week. my diet is like protein, because i gave up bread for lent. some vegetables, and some fruits, and other foods like pataotes. but i dont know why i feel this way?? even my english teacher told my dad i always look tired. the reason for that is me staying up all night doing hw, because i cant concentare in the day which takes me longer to finish thus i stay up all night. help im sooooooooo tired. and dont say iron, im not going to take iron pills because i just dont want too. i did before.

Okay, after spending forever learning about the pci slots in my computer, I've figured some stuff out, and I'm not happy about it. I'm pretty sure I have four regular pci slots. When I get my period I get a decent fever (i usually am around 98.2, so low) of about 100-101 and night sweats. I also get severe cramps and sick on my stomach- but I know that's normal. I've been hooking up with my ex boyfriend for a month now. well he'd been ignoring my texts/calls/ims all week. and just talked to me for the first time.-apparently hed been ignoring me because he didnt want to tell me that hes not ready to be in a relationship (he just got out of a 2 1/2 year relationship in november) and he didnt want to hurt me. obviously he didnt realize ignoring me was doing more harm. well i asked him to honestly tell me if he didnt want to be in a relationship now, or if he didnt want to be in a relationship with me now--he said he just couldnt be in a relationship at all now, he wasnt ready. i guess i understand that, but then we agreed to still hang out and be friends and leave the future open-if in the future we end up together great, if not thats fine too. should i give up hope or no? this sucks because i can really see myself with him. i dont know how to act now around him-do i invite him over (we go to different colleges in the same city) or no?

Here's the answer from one woman to another. You probably are still in the beginning stages of your development. When my s started growing they were sore for a long time, but its because your are growing/developing (remember their primary function is to feed a child once you do get pregnant and give birth, so the ability to do that is also developing within them... eww, I know lol). Even if your s don't get that big they could still be sore for awhile. I'm 19, and mine are sore from time to time (no where near as often) because they still grow a lil.

I went to the local Westerly Hospital, they told me I have Bronchitis. said there was nothing they could really give me for it? So I went a week later to South County Hospital, they did x-ray's etc. told me I had Bronchitis & Pnemonia. I have had this whole thing now for 1 month, and I still don't feel any better, in fact I feel worse. My lungs feel like there on fire burning up inside me all through the day, and yes, I was a smoker for 13 years. I'm just now trying to quit really hard. Antibiotics aren't really helping any it seems, caugh syrup doesn't do anything, Tussin perals are helping with the caugh at night? My chest is crackling when I exhale, and I'm feeling really light headed alot. There's a part of my back that hurts everytime I caugh now. What should I do, and how long will this take to go away, I've never felt this sick in my life...?

Okay so I am relatively new to Ubuntu Linux, as I'm sure will be apparent. So I rebuilt my computer using Ubuntu 10.10 (Maverick) and used a usb jump drive to get NDISgtk over to the computer, as I am trying to set up a wireless adapter. cool. I know how to use it, but when i go to the Package Manager, it is not there. I tried adding it as a downloaded file (under files tab), but the package is grey-ed out. I am very frustrated.
