Am I on the right track to lose weight?
You're doing very well, if you want to lose weight faster then stop eating the granola bar. And stop eating fruits. If you really have to then replace the strawberry and banana with a green apple. So the damage here is the sugar - granola bar + banana & strawberry. Sugar simply slows down your body function and from this the fats and calories do not flush out from your intestines fully when you go to the rest room. So sugar is your worst enemy if losing weight. Our body needs sugar and the foods you eat have enough sugar for your body. If you need that "sweet" then eat one tea spoon of honey or other sources of natural sugar per day maximum. Less sugar you eat the faster you'll lose weight! Yes I was also over weight before.
