Family issues please help?

Ok im havning some family issues my dad and mom gets very angry at me all the time. And they buy alot of lottery tickets they pay out any were from 50 to 100 dollars at a time. And if they dont win they tart thinkn the world owes them somthing and the thing is this is there dream and they rely on on this to make it through life is win the lottery. And when they dont win they get nosy on who i talk to on who i text and i dont think its any of there buisness what me and my girlfriend talk about and im 16 but i cant take it anymore when they lose they take there anger out on me. And he always threatens to beat me up and i do mixed martial arts and boxing as a sport and i have been since i was 10 and i dont wanna hit him but i will if he draws back on me. What do i do and or sya to them they dont calm down no matter what i say. And i try and sit and talk with them they scream at me literally and they say i need therapy and they talk behind my back. And say to each that i want them into fighting and being at each other all time. and none of this is my fault wat so ever and i get very angry at them what do i do help please!!!!!!!!?
