How much is it going to cost for open heart surgery?

My cousin is having open heart surgery on the 27th and i was just curious on how much its going to cost all together. He lives in salt lake, but the only people in the United States that will even try this risky procedure are in Boston so he has to fly there. He is having his valve fixed because its been leaking, He is also having an ( pardon my spelling) anorism on his heart removed. They say the surgury will take about 9 hours. After that he will have to stay in boston for two weeks then he can fly home. I just want an estimate on how much everything is gonna cost all together, they do have insurance. im thinking like $200,000 but im sure im way off. Five stars for best answer
