Why do i get this sick on my period?

When I get my period I get a decent fever (i usually am around 98.2, so low) of about 100-101 and night sweats. I also get severe cramps and sick on my stomach- but I know that's normal. The fever and night sweats happened last month and then this month I should start today, but yesterday I was getting brown cm that looked like a yeast infection (Ive had them before, so i know what it looks like) and i was itchy, but it only lasted a couple of hours. should i go to the gyno? i know its not menopause- im only 20!
