Ohio is about to become a state where minorities out number whites ..so?

According to census.gov, 40% more Hispanics will be able to vote in 2012, historically minorities do not come out to vote in midterms as they do with the general election, dont know why. Right now, Ohio has a plus approval rating for President Obama. How do you think this will affect the 2012 election?
