Is there a simple way to restrict my child's internet usage to 1 or 2 specified website?

I'm already using parental control software but that only allows you to set ratings, time limits, and restrict specific websites. I want to restrict all websites except for 1 or 2. It seems like there would be a simple, small piece of freeware to do this but I can't find any. Help!
