Could I get into the University of Chicago?

I'm a Palestinian Junior in high school who speaks arabic fluently, I have a 4.0 GPA unweighted, over 50 volunteer hours this year alone, and more from fresh. and soph. years. I got a 69 in Critical reading and 66 in math on the PSAT, set to take SAT for second time in march along with 2 subject tests. I am taking all AP and honors cles, and do sports. Could I get in?
